Refund and cancellation policy

The client, when taking an excursion, tour or activity with JACKCANA TOURS accepts the following cancellation and refund policy:

Free Cancellations: You can cancel your reservation without any additional charge as long as you do it at least 72 hours in advance before the beginning of the contracted service.

Late Cancellations: If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance, the amount paid will only be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate duly completed and stamped by a health center that specifies that you can not perform the contracted activity.

No Show: If you do not show up for the tour or activity booked without prior notice or without communicating your intention not to attend at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Full Refund: A full refund will be granted if the cancellation is made within the allowed 72 hours prior to the service.

Partial Refund: If during the activity or excursion weather conditions occur that compromise the safety of the participants, the activity will be stopped and 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Force Majeure Situations: In case of cancellation of a tour due to events beyond the reasonable control of JACKCANA TOURS, such as natural disasters or similar situations, a refund will be applied according to the evaluation of each case.

Reservation Modifications: Once the transaction has been confirmed, reservation modifications are not allowed. Any request should be directed to our customer service team, who will evaluate each case individually.

Payment Details: It is the user's responsibility to provide correct payment details and to ensure that the credit or debit card used has sufficient balance. In case of errors, no refund will be guaranteed, unless accepted in our cancellation policies.
