Can I book an activity for someone?
On our page it is always easy to book for someone else. You only need to indicate the person who is going to the activity for the reservation to be made correctly.
How can I pay for my reservations?
By choosing our booking platform your activity, our department will be in contact with you. We will send you an email with a link where you can pay a part by PayPal. On the day of the activity you will pay the rest of the pending amount. Remember that all reservations are made on our platform.
Is the payment secure?

Can it be reserved and paid at the destination?
To ensure your reservation, you only have to pay a small part and the rest is paid when you leave for the excursion.

Is there cancellation insurance?

Right of cancellation
When booking an activity you will see the cancellation policy of this activity. In case of cancellation, the amount of the payment method in which the reservation was made will be refunded. If the client is sick the days before the excursion, he/she must send a medical certificate to our e-mail address duly completed and stamped by the health center stating that the client cannot do the activity.

If it rains or bad weather, offer an alternative date or refund of the payment.

You cannot change the payment method. In case of cancellation, the refund is made in the same form of payment in which the reservation was made.
What courtesy time does the driver give us?
Each excursion has a specific time. When you book the excursion on our page you will see how long it takes the driver to reach the destination point.
How will we identify the transport that will take us to the excursion?
When the driver arrives at the meeting point, the guide will come down with a list in hand to identify the clients who have chosen our platform to book their activity. Once it is on our guide's list, the driver will take you to your destination from where the activity starts.
In case of missing the bus, what can we do?
Always to all our clients, when booking on our page, we advise them to be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the time of the activity. Once the driver arrives at the meeting point, it will take 10 more minutes to ensure that all our clients are on board. In case of missing the bus, the client must pay for a taxi on his own account to take him to the destination.
Can we go on our own to the destination point?
For clients who have chosen our platform to book their activities, if they know where they are staying at the destination point, they can go on their own and always have to bring the voucher or receipt of the confirmation of the excursion. Also remember that you must be at the destination 15 minutes before the activity starts.
Are the excursion transfers private?
To all clients who book their activity on our page, we offer a private service only for said tour, you will not have a transport per person, but a transport for all clients who choose said tour.
